Sarah (Pratibha) Holland is a Certified Yoga Siromani. Over the years she has studied and been very inspired by many Yoga Traditions, Sivananda, Bihar School of Yoga and the Himalayan Institute and special people, Baba Hari Dass, Erich Schiffmann and Michael Tierra. 

Her personal approach to Yoga is eclectic. She likes to draw upon and incorporate what is needed at any one time, moving with the flow of both inner and outer energies. As individuals feeling we can express ourselves through our Yoga practice. Dancing with our own rhythms. 

Her style of Yoga to day is a blend of Hatha Yoga with a vinyasa flow, experiencing stillness through movement.

Her teaching philosophy is making skills taught accessible to everyone and imparting knowledge so that people can bring practices into their every day lives. Maintaining good health is of prime importance to wellbeing today.

Sarah is a qualified Herbalist, Food & Nutritional Therapist. She undertook her professional training with Michael and Lesley Tierra, the East West College of Herbalism and completed the Advanced Nutrition Intensive with the Institute of Optimum Nutrition with Patrick Holford and Kate O'Neill. 

Sarah was the Director of Studies for the East West College of Herbalism for over a decade.

Formerly catering and teacher trained Sarah has spent many years teaching, primarily in Special Needs. 

Her practice philosophy is sharing and exploring positive ways with both diet and lifestyle, making simple changes to nourish body, mind and soul, which in turn has such a major impact on how one feels in everyday life.

Sarah brings many aspects from her background of Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, food therapy and Herbalism into her teaching.
