My passion is Yoga. I love to both practice and teach. Yoga is a wonderful way of learning to live in happy harmony with life. Being able to de stress and relax promotes a sense of inner peace and contentment, which we take with us into our every day life’s. 

All ages and abilities can enjoy the practice of Yoga and derive so many benefits. 

My classes are well rounded embracing a sequence of creative rhythmic flow commencing with 'Centering' through relaxation and breathing. 'Openings' with a gentle warm up of mini postures and progressively building to a 'Main Theme' before slowly winding down again, finishing with a breathing practice, relaxation or sitting quietly. 

Over the years I have studied and been very inspired by varying Yoga Traditions, Sivananda, Bihar School of Yoga and the Himalayan Institute and special people, Baba Hari Dass, Erich Schiffmann and Michael Tierra. Currently I am studying Prana Flow with Shiva Rea.
