These classes are suitable for those who have not undertaken Yoga practice; have been practicing for a short period of time; require a refresher course or a more gentle class. Gentle postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and an introduction to meditation are taught.

On-going Classes for those who have been practicing Yoga for a period of time. They focus on further advancing Yoga practices. 

 

 

              

 

  It is advisable not to eat for up to 2 hours prior to classes

 Loose comfortable clothing, such as track suit bottoms/leggings with a T shirt. 

A warm top and socks. 

Ensure you are warm, layers can always be taken off!

Yoga mat/foam mat.

A rug for the relaxation.

A happy monk stool or firm small cushion to sit on.

 

 

 

 

Situated on the B2110 towards Hartfield. From the roundabout in Forest Row, take the B2110. Just past the parade of shops on the right hand side you will see the Community Centre slightly set back from the road. There is plenty of car parking space.
